Some say moving from an established salon to working freelance would be taking a backwards step - but I disagree.

I feel passionately about hairdressing, form strong bonds with my clients and like to spend quality time, in an unrushed atmosphere ensuring that each and everyone of my haircuts and colours are tailored to the individual.

Being self employed allows me to tick all these boxes and WOW, it feels good! How can that be a step in the wrong direction?
